30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • We also do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

Return the product according to the instructions above.

Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
